Howard - Examples of Photograms: Abelardo Morell


Abelardo’s fascination with Photograms comes from, the fact that a camera or lens is not needed to create a picture and the of the simplicity involved. His technique is simply to shine light onto photographic paper or film with his chosen images placed on the paper, causing deep and translucent shadows.

These are a couple of photograms he created.
